Waited for 4.5 hours just for oil change. The express lube is only for the people who need other services besides oil change.

Poor communication from service advisor. I sent 3 emails called 4 times to get a service completed. Advisor said he never got my email. However I had return receipt turned on and have the evidence when the email as opened. When I told him, he argued saying “I am taking care of the service ultimately”. I felt as if he is doing me a favor by providing this service.
