I am very pleased with everyone today. Raymond also went above and beyond. I had come in for a tire rotation and 4-wheel alignment. I stated I had resently purchased the car used and was replacing things as needed. I stated there was an annoying metel/metal sound that had not gone away. I have/had replaced the control arms and ball joints, replaced all 4 struts and associated hardware and insulators, sway bars links front and rear, and the sway bar bushings front/rear but it was still present. Anyway, he said and did look into for me as a courtesy. They were able to isolate and confirm the source. It turned out to be brake related and aftermarket parts. Will bring the car in when they need to be changed because of the service. Can live with noise for now.

Diana was very nice. Service (for an oil change and standard inspection) was super slow. It took more than 2.5 hours from my appt time. Part of that may be logistics, I waited for 20 mins in the car before someone got me to the desk and then, while waiting, I received the video from the tech saying that that inspection and work was done but it was about 45 mins before I was called back up to the service desk to finish.
