For Walter I don’t have a problem I think he is so nice and I have a pleasant conversation with him. I notice some discrepancy in the oil change, technician said work is done according to spec, and he put 5 quarts of oil in my CH-R, the manual that came to the car at purchase says 4.6 with filter. Don’t you think you are overfilling lubricant to the engine ?
