My car was ready to be picked up on Monday. I told Miguel I would be there Monday night to pick it up. He never mentioned the late pick up option or pre-pay. I have a very bad commute and didn’t make it to Toyota until 7:30pm to pick up my car, but the website said 9pm. Well, apparently that’s for sales only and 7pm is the deadline to pick up cars unless the pre-pay option and late pick-up are arranged. I was told I could pick it up anytime. If these options were given to me, I 100% would have done it. Wasted 2 hours of my evening after work and didn’t get my car. I was so angry to see my car parked there and couldn’t pick it up. Waste of my time and my driver’s time. Thankfully, Bryan Wood, the service manager, made things right and waived the service payment. I’ve never been so angry with this place and I purchased my car there in 2012 and have been going ever since. Worse experience ever.

Hong did a good job with letting me know what to expect during my car’s 60K tuneup process.However, I did come in late for my 2 PM appointment, arrived at 2:15 pm and had to wait 10-12 minutes before a service adviser (Hong) showed up.
