The advisor went off duty without handing over my service request to other person. I wanted to get something checked in the car which went unnoticed as i sent it via the system.

I should have been told about the closing time. I was not aware and when I reached around 6.45, office was closed. I had to take Taxi each way that cost me round $35 as you guys wont give me ride because I live more than 5 miles away. This trouble could have been avoided if Diana had inform me ahead of time about the closing time.
