I went with a coupon 49.90 for oil change and filter change and inspection worth $150.
Instead of charging extra for synthetic oil charged full price and cabin filter costed me $200. Which is a total ripoff. Always has bad experience with pierced Toyota. Stevens creek Toyota does not lure people with coupons and ripoff later.
Second time it happened to me with your service center. Learnt my lesson now.
