There was a very inconvenient part delay (windshield) that was no fault Piercey Toyota. It took from April 9th (pre-paid) to May 23 to get a windshield for my 2019 Pickup. Vehicle had a 24” crack which caused us to be pulled over by local PD. 15 days in a rental car while paying a $660 truck payment. I would suggest keeping a few on the parts shelf if they break as easily as ours did.
Piercey did what they could with what they had to work with.

While Wyman was completely understanding and empathetic, I had no idea why my appointment at 11:00 AM stretched to 2:30 PM. Thank you Wyman for giving me a discount and for being patient with my impatience. When alerted about the huge delay, he got right on it, the person who was working on my car recorded the video, but didn't explain much about what was wrong with it.
Anyway, thanks Wyman, but this was lowkey a nightmare.

You did not tell me which brands of components you used in the car. Ill figure out if you gave me cheap components, but charged me for premium ones. Then, I'll let everyone know about it. Also, your labor charges seem too high for the work. I have seen how the components can be replaced. Its likely that the efforts and skill needed do not justify the charges. Ill not come back again and advise others also to do so.

had to insist that he document a throttle problem that was intermittent. At slow speed there sometimes is no throttle response then all of a sudden it will catch and jump forward. I almost rear ended a car. This has happened 3 times to me and once to my wife. Piercy said they cannot duplicate the problem. NTSB next.
