Not very responsible to customer! A small nail in the tire should be removed and repaired, but I was told it was illegal to repair it because the small nail was a little bit on one side, actually it’s almost on the central position of the tire.

A couple issues this visit. The service advisor seemed to not all there today. I understand he could have been having a bad or long day, but me or other customers don't need to know that or don't come to Toyota for that. I was told the car would be done at 3:30pm, and I had to call at 4:45 to find out the status of the car, and was told the advisor would call me back once available/found. But the most important thing, I didn't get a multi-point inspection paper/result which was APPARENTLY done on my car, so how do I know it was really done or what I may have coming up in terms of upcoming service? This time I also did NOT receive a video regarding the service done on my car, makes me think either the job wasn't fully done or done correctly. I'm not saying that it wasn't because there is really no way for me to tell, but really, who knows. Thanks anyways!
