Hong was very polite and knowledgeable. She delivered service as she promised and was very informative. This was my 1st visit to Toyota with my Highlander and I was very pleased!

Brad explained that my car only needed minor service and that we needed to have the tires checked for ware and rotated. During this process Brad advised the tires needed to be replaced and explained all the future requirements/features of the tires.
We discussed and I had the tires replaced.
