It took about 30 minutes of waiting for the queue line for someone to help those of us waiting in the appointment line. A car who arrived after I did pulled up at the non-appointment line and was helped before the car ahead of me and me. I pulled up at 11:50 am for a 12:30 pm appointment and did not leave until after 4:30 pm. The advisor called me on my phone despite telling him I will be waiting for my car. I proceeded to the cashier, who was unable to find my papa Erwin instructed me to go the the advisors desk. He was sitting watching a video. He gestured at my receipt at the corner of his desk and proceeded to the cashier once again. Customer service seems to be lacking all around I am sorry to say. Customer’s time do not seem to be important. I can appreciate that Sunday’s are busy days with not enough advisors but I did note that there were 4 staff mergers shooting the breeze behind the staff at the parts desk. I have trust in the service I receive and that is the reason I return here for service to my car, despite the sometimes unpleasant interaction with staff. One of the positive interactions I have ever had was with Mr. Fitzsimmons. He took the time to explain things to me, was polite, and helpful. Lupe, the cashier, became helpful and friendly once I asked about the survey.

Was not updated on what was going on with the service, what needs to be done or replace and recommendation except for brake fluid flush while checking in with the advisor. Brian Woods has to assist with the check out process by closing out the service worksheet
