She never greeted me upon arrival. Her demeanor was cold and very unfriendly. She printed a stack of papers with Xs and asked me to sign them without any disclosure. I then noticed the price for my oil change was $150+, when I inquired, she said you needed to get something done because of mileage. I felt absolutely offended that she used tactic to upsell me, without the actual “sell”. Needless to say it was not a stellar customer experience.

I can say this. The Customer Service that I recieved from Wyman was EXCELLENT. He informed me of exactly how much time it eould take. After I left I noticed there was a light left on in my dash so I went back to talk to one of the mechanics. Upon seeing me enter the door Wyman Immediately came to see what was wrong. Not obly fid he fix the problem he showed me how to operate that feature on my truck. It is service like this that will keep me purchasing Toyotas. Not only do I encourage my friends to purchase Toyota's I encouraged them to purchase them at piercey toyota thank you for a wonderful experience give that man a raise

I had a scheduled appointment for my first service for my 2019 RAV4 XSE at 7AM it took over two hours. I did not leave the place until 9:35AM. I hope it was done quicker. Other than that the staff was great!
