Jason was great but I wish the car would have been washed. Also, the people that worked on the car changed the seat position and temperature- they shouldn’t do that.

Just in the routine checking. However, since it is a brand new car(7000 miles), I don’t expect it having any issue. But, I had to wait for two hours and that is too long. Besides, I have another Toyota service place close by where I live. Next time, I shall use that one instead. The traffic from this shop going home is usually bad.
