I brought my car in to have it detailed. Unfortunately the ball was dropped big time! After waiting 35 minutes upon arrival (I was the only customer there I might add) my car could not be found. I was given the wrong paperwork by the lady at the service desk. After it was finally located, it was brought to me wet. The gentleman (nice guy) explained that he took it through the car wash again as it was covered in dust from a nearby fire. Ok, nice gesture but now it has water spots on the windows. After inspecting the interior I was appalled!!! The only thing that looked to be done was upholstery cleaning. However, my seats now have water stains around all the lower halves of them. Somehow the look worse! There was a big stain on the rear passenger seat which was removed and really the only thing that I am grateful for. The front console wasn't touched at all. The cupholders were missed all together. The floors were half attempted to be vacuumed; dirt is still visible in obvious areas throughout. To top it off, one of my rear floormats was missing. It was later found but the fact that it happened at all was rather frustrating.
I am very disappointed at the quality of work I received. My car was at the dealership from 8:15am until 4:30pm so there was more than enough time to complete everything. My thoughts are that the seats were cleaned during the day and nothing else was done until I arrived. I do not feel I should pay for this service as it inconvenienced me without my car the entire day and the lack of cleaning performed.

Brady greeted me at my car, went inside, explained the service due on my car and the cost. Then told me about the Toyota Care plan which I purchased. He offered a ride or refreshments in the waiting area. He kept me updated on the time it was taking when he would walk through the customer waiting area. As I was driving off, I noticed it had been washed. I appreciate that and the fact that Brady was so nice and made it as enjoyable an experience as possible when one has to shell out that much money for car maintenance. Thank you Brady!
