I'm still very confused what your policy is about fixing flat tires when a customer purchased roadside assistance? Do I have to make an appt or go to the walk-in service line and wait my turn? Do you prioritize fixing flat tires over other customers even though they are ahead of me in line? This time, I had to go to the Service Director, Ken, who prioritized me in front of other customers and had my flat fixed in 25 minutes. This was excellent customer service and I will expect nothing less than this in the future. It would behoove you to explain your policy on your website clearly.
