As soon as I pulled up Brian wood greeted me and welcomed me . Went over to his desk and got my car setup for an oil change and 25k service in a jiffy! Overall, I was satisfied with the service, and I can see how other customers might have an extremely good experience here. However there was an incident and miscommunication in which I was not able to pick up my car on the same day. A rideshare was called at a time when I was not available, and it ended up delaying my car pickup until the next day.

It took them 2&half hours to check an annoying tire light indicator. Of course they did not promise me a time to complete but I was told to wait. Very prostrating. If I knew that it will take them that long I could have came back for the car.
