Mike Tran tried to swindle me $3,900 for a fix on an oil leak. He told me over the phone that my engine was leaking bad and that it needed to get fixed. I stopped by your facility therafter and met with the mechanic in charge and he showed me the leak. It was minimal.
There are many service people that have taken care of me in the past at Piercy Toyota (and I appreciate them), but after my last experience there I have lost trust in your service...

Diana was excellent..she was courteous and cheerful, she helped me understand what was needed to fixed in my car and made sure it was all done. She was kind enough to suggest that I take the shuttle service and also made sure she co-ordinated with the driver to make sure the drop and pick up was done correctly.
