My husband was treated very poorly by your technicians when he questioned about the prior service and asked for a history report of what was done to the car. Furthermore, he found out that your technicians took advantage of my uneducated decision to move forward with a service I didn’t really need. Also I had an appointment and waited for my car and it took almost 3 hours.
