My car does not sound right. I don’t feel comfortable driving it out of town. I’m suppose to leave tomorrow. I’m bringing it back in the morning.

Non appointment-
I know and I am aware of not having an appointment would take a few more minutes to be helped out. But there wasn’t any cars parked in the appointment side. Waited about 35 minutes until a manager in a red shirt asked if I was being helped out and got me helped right away. Not sure how much longer I would have had to wait. I did notice a few staff chatting it up and made eye contact with a few of them, even then I was totally ignored. Besides having to deal with a new 2018 car having a check engine issue, I’m being charged and had to deal with being ignored. To add on top of that I didn’t receive a phone call from dealership if car was ready or to notify me with my cars issues. I called my self and was told it had been ready for a few hours. I now have to deal with finding my self another ride as I had plan today in the evening. Not to happy about it , just wish that I had the same customer service as when I was walking around to shop for a car, I had someone helping me out as soon as I step out of my vehicle.
