Worst service I’ve had in a Toyota dealer. The technical advisor Brady was not professional at all. After I told him I don’t plan to change tires today, he showed his angry face and refused to do tire rotation for my car (which is required for 30K maintenance). He didn’t even measure the tire worn. The number he wrote is much lower than those in the final report. Talking to him is very frustrating, the entire experience is awful. All he showed is bad attitude. He didn’t even show the least respect to me.
