Waited 20 minutes to pick up my car. The guy was rude and asked me to pick up myself when I pointed it to him in the parking lot. I would have done it if it was not park in the area where it stayed for employees only. There was no supervisor on site either so that I can file a complaint. This was the worst experience I ever had in 20 years taking my car to the dealership for service. Better have better training to all your employees or keeping losing your valuable customers.
