Nice person in talking .
Few areas for improvement:
#1: shuttle service- approximate expected waiting time should be told to customer, I had to wait for around 80-90 mins.
#2: Inspection Report
The inspection report flagged air filter as red- which means immediate attention required, while I was advised that it can be done in next time.. so now I am in dilemma, if should I visit service center again Very soon because It is flagged red or really there is no need.

I am sorry it was not very good experience today. The team even did not start to work on my car well beyond promised time to get the job done. I had to my car without service as I had other commitments.
I had taken appointment to avoid this situation but I was told that there wasn't anything your team could do after I waited for around around 3 hours.
Diana was particular not very courteous from checkin time itself. I recommend better training for your staff to earn respect and long term customers.
I have been your customer for 10 years; I will not be coming back after this experience.
