waited for long time and by the time they called me, shop is almost close.. they want me to pick up my car the next day if i can be by 6pm.. my appointment was 2:40.. and also want me to pay by the phone.. sorry but im not giving my credit card numbers over the phone.. its not my fault if they have to close and leave my car in the shop hell no.. not happy at all

The Advisor I had which I try not to get every time is always so rude. Usually when i go in i get told that i have two years or until there are a certain amount of miles on the car to pay for service. I was told different this time and asked when it changed and she snaps saying “ It never changes, when u buy that’s the rule” I told her nicely It is leased and she says yeah it’s the same. I’ve had her before with an attitude twice so I just said okay. fine. Amd didn’t want to argue. I was too tired. It was 350 in the afternoon and my only day of the week off. She again tries explaining. I say okay. i got it. then she proceeds to turn her screens around and points it out for a 3rd time. That’s truly annoying. when she came to my car i already knew this would happen. I don’t like leaving comments and reviews like this but i’ve been with this building for 3 almost 4 years now. amd she never fails to Anger me. Please do a Training with her 1 on 1 about attitude, respecting the word “no”, and actively listening to her customers
