CD and his handoff partner did an excellent job of handing off and keeping me informed while we waited 1 day for parts. CD got my car back to me so I could run some important errands and save me money on a rental. Great job guys!

I was called around noon that my truck was ready to be picked up. I went to your place around 3:30 pm. I was given a ran around between your cashers and service representatives, since there was no record or print-out of my service. It took 30 min for me ton begging and asking almost every service representative there ( the gentleman who took my truck had left for the day) to find out what went wrong. By the way, during all the time no of your representatives or cashers ever smiled! I knew they all behind the masks but I can tell if anyone smiles even behind a mask! I asked one service representative that since you could not find my paperwork, how can you sure that you guys even did any work on my car? He jumped at me and got mad on this question, saying that he is not going to talk to me anymore, go talk to the service manager, to whom I did. The guy Viet Bach was graceful and apologetic, he reprinted the paperwork and took me to my truck, he saved the day. I have been doing all the services for more than 10 years with your place, this was the worst experience I ever had with your place, a bit of disappointing but as I said, Mr. Viet Bach saved the day but the cashers are not friendly, not smiling, not helpful, not attractive at all. Personally I would not go back to your place due to them.

I have had Mr Patel help me with previous visits and as always, he was completely professional, exceptional communication about the scope and status of my vehicle, and was extremely friendly. Very glad he’s still at Piercy, or now, Envision. Thank you.
