I was satisfied with Diana’s service. However, I purchased a lifetime alignment service in 2018 (pre-Covid) and because Envision purchased Piercey Toyota, The service manager denied me from my lifetime alignment service saying “they are no longer Piercey”. They gave customers no heads up or any credit or anything. Diana tried her best to compensate me but the service manager said no. I will not be going back there any longer. I will tell all friends to not support envision Toyota and to go to another Toyota service and dealership! F*#ck Envision!!!

Wasn't told car was ready and waiting for me. Had to find out myself. Price jumped about $30 between booking service and actual charge. Almost $100 for non-synthetic oil and filter ONLY, NO OTHER SREVICES is waaaay too much . That works out to about $300/hour for a 20 minute oil chance. I'll just go back to doing it myself and keep my friends and family away from rip-off service prices and practices like these. Too bad, you used to be a reasonable place to go to for service.
