Ricardo was fine and was very helpful except for the fact that the hydraulic squeak on my back door was never fixed or looked at (as I asked). There was, however, a major issue that needs to be looked into. First, I've been coming to Piercey for maintenance since 2017 and the rules have always been clear. If we have an appointment we drive up in the line marked "appointments". We are then supposed to stay in our car until an employee checks us in. There were two different people yesterday who got out of their cars and skipped the line by going inside to check in. When I asked employee behind one of the desks about the line outside he said, "He must have an appointment". I told him that WE ALL HAVE AN APPOINTMENTS in this line. He looked away and ignored me. Ask Ricardo who the employee was, I think he saw him. Either you have a rule or you don't! Last, I hope you go back to allowing cars to be checked in at 7:00 AM and not 7:45 like yesterday... I was late for work.

Price charges were higher than previous discussed and I don’t see the discount Being applied to the total cost ! Besides, why balancing is being charged here, that Should be part of the oil change service. Honesty seems To be lacking at this Milpitas Toyota service location !

Very disappointed. Message received the service was done on 2:50pm. But no one reach me what next even after an hour of more waiting. No paper was printed until I tried to reach one of the service managers to get help. Cashier lady helped to get the invoice and get my car back. Kept me waiting for extra an hour wasting my time.
