I made an appointment for 1030am with the truck being ready by 130/200pm
I arrived and my truck wasn’t ready till 315 till I spoke with Diana G who had to call Jorge to check on status.
The truck still wasn’t ready and would be ready in 15 minutes.
Diana informed me even though I made an appointment for a simple pile change, it doesn’t guarantee the car being ready but it would have been faster if I stayed onsite. I was never informed of this before.
The appointment system is useless and doesn’t meet any expectations of the car being ready on time.
My wife also experienced terrible service when she took her highlander in for service which We’ve submitted our experience via the survey system as well.
We’re considering purchasing a rav4 next year but we would probably consider another dealership.

I had a 10:20 AM appointment which I arrived on time for. It took almost a half an hour for them to acknowledge me and take my truck in. I was about to leave when they finally came out. They then sent me a text message saying that this would be the best way to check on my truck status. This was not a good communications Avenue as I tried texting them several times after two hours had gone by and received no reply. It was over four hours by the time I finally went up to the service rep when he matter-of-factly told me my truck was ready. I was very angry at this point. I held it in check but I don’t think I’ll be coming back. When you make an appointment with someone for a certain time you should be ready to take that person in at that time. My time is valuable as is yours. I don’t waste other peoples time and I don’t appreciate it when they waste mine. I’m sure your mechanics are top notch and they should be represented a little bit better by the people up front.
