Appointment but the service person wanted to know if I was waiting. Told him that I would need a ride back. He said ok. When I called at 3:40 the car was not ready and there was no one to pick me up. He finally put my name on the list. A few minutes later I got a text from Lyft. They did pick me up and I thank you for that. That is my only car and was not going to wait until the next day I have used Piercey for 15 years and thank heavens this was not my first time

I selected Piercey Toyota based on my positive previous experience at this dealership and also after checking maintenence prices in various dealerships.
However, the price at check-in was higher compared to what was stated day before in a phone conversation.
The price was reduced to the initial one only after pointing out this difference.

Diana was amazing. Didn't try to oversell me on anything. The time she quoted was reasonable and the work was completed in a shorter amount of time. Far better than the last time I was there and had to wait almost a hour longer cause he went on lunch right when my truck was finished and nobody told him.
