Mike is so helpful as always!

All of my family’s vehicles(9) are Toyota. And I make sure we all take it to Piercey for service. This is because we have trusted Mike Tran with all our service needs. He is a very professional service advisor. I always make my appointments With him. Now I even brought my sister in laws RAV4 for her first service there as well.

The wait time said promised at 2:25pm. 3:35pm comes around, and my representative was no where to be found, which is fine. However, when I noticed that my car has been sitting in the waiting area queue and ready to go, I was disappointed that another representative did not inform me that my car was ready. Would have liked to know that my rep would be out of office, so I'd know to at least check in with someone else on my own. A helpful (Indian? Middle eastern? ) man was able to check on the status for me. I looked around and saw that my car was just sitting there, ready, with the keys in the cup holder. On a good note: Check-in was great and representative was super helpful then. Just wondering how long I was really waiting, when I could have been checked out.

I think it's ridiculous to have to wait for 20+ min for someone to bring my car to me after payment dept.

Mike Tran is a nice guy and I’m sure he means well. Today when I came in the morning I informed him of a Pierce Toyota I wanted to use for an oil change. Mike said he would make a note of it and he went over today’s service with me. Mike told me an oil change and tire rotation was the service I was scheduled for. I agreed, he got me some paper work and I was on my way. When he called me he asked if I wanted additional services which I agreed to. Fast forward to when I picked up my car and I went over the paper work. I noticed he did not use the coupon we discussed. So i asked him about it, he said it wouldn’t apply to my car and said he went over this with me in the morning. Which he did not- he just mentioned he would make a note of it on my paper work. I have never had this happen at Piercy. I am a long time customer and my family has always purchased/ serviced our Toyota’s at Piercy. I am very disappointed today. I don’t think I want Mike to assist me or my family in the future. Be a man of your word, own up to your mistakes and take ownership of yourself. The fact that I had to almost argue with Mike today is embarrassing. Granted the $ amount wasn’t that significant makes it almost worse. Mike- communicate better with your customers. I can’t imagine how you take advantage of people who don’t ask questions, read their receipts and question your work. Piercy- you are better than this and I expect more out of your advisors.

Miguel was great! He made everything very easy and kept us well informed throughout. It was our 1st experience with the service dept. We are going to try and work with him for future service.
