It appears there’s not enough people to do the job. It took 30 minutes just to get checked in. They had to call Lyft to give me a ride back to work because the shuttle driver was so busy. The routine oil change I requested took over 4 hours. And my agent appeared overworked and had to stay pass 4:30pm to take care of customers. Not the typical Toyota service I’m accustomed to.

I do have a question. I was under the impression that the tires were rotated during the service. It isn’t 100% clear on the invoice because it says rotate tires then later says previous maintenance rotate tires. I am familiar with the left front wheel as it has curb damage and when the vehicle was returned to me after the service, that wheel was still on the left front so I know the tires were not rotated. Were they supposed to be?
