I was charged for the tire rotation when I was not supposed to pay for that since I bought the tires with you. The lady at checkout was very ride when she told me to check with my agent when he had already left for the day. It also took 15 minutes for someone to show up to receive my car and I was second in line with an appointment! Totally disappointing
