Today I brought my car for oil change. I miss place a coupon from your dealer and I have a coupon from Capitol Toyota for $44.95 synthetic oil change I asked the services advisor to match the price and was answered “no”. I talked to Blanca to find a sale man phone number to buy a car for my daughter and by the way I asked her if they match the oil change price. She said somebody talked to him and he will come to talk to you. Few minutes late he came and told me that the only thing he can give me is $55.95. You can look in my record I always bring my car here to support my local dealer while I work near capital Toyota dealer I can drop it there and pick up after work and it’s more convenient. I am not happy with the service that was provided to me with the attitude. Hopefully I don’t get the same service again next time. If you were me of course you will choose the cheap one with good service instead of the other. After this experience I had today each time my cars are due for services I have to think about the Piercey dealer before I decide it. Have a good day.
