Oil and filter change took over 5 hours. 1PM appt, arrived at 12:45. Didn’t drive the truck out of the dealer until 6:15 or so after they closed.
Service advisor was nice, management just needs to limit appointments or non-appointments and set expectations appropriately.
I think most consumers including myself realize there are some growing pains given the current situation but things can be handled better.

Got the car the way it was given.
Had asked to check the miles per gallon, but they simply did an OBD test. Spark plug, fuel injection should be checked.
That wasn't done. I had given them permission to drive the car and check the fuel consumption. Looking at the mileage of the car, it doesn't seem to have been done.
Car was given unwashed. I consider this a bad service. (Doesn't this mean that the car was not sanitized before handing it off again? I was told that the cars will be sanitized while handing them back, over call) Were the gloves changed when different cars were picked up and dropped off? I don't think so.
Only thing that was done is wheel rotation and it took 4 and a half hours.

Although I’ m satisfy with the service but I would appreciated if I were offered shuttle service to go to place just few miles away from the dealer. ( it’s ok if I only wait an hour , hour and a half but I have to wait for more than 2 hr and a half yesterday!
