I asked for the video proof of my car service so many times, but there was no response from service advisor.
1. The service advisor name Jazz Singh was not knowledge about the service as he was not able to explain the crank service. Please stopped pulled out NON Toyota related car from google to show customer. Stopped offering service that customer don’t want or car doesn’t need or issue with it.
2. The service advisor name Brady Maples asked non-sense question to customer. He doesn’t pay attention to customer and wrongfully charge
3. The service manager name Mike is very professional and respectful to customer. He willing to listen customer and provided best customer service
