1) The initial experience was good but then I felt ignored once my car had been sent to the service area
2) I was not provided a status update. At most service shops they show you the issue and explain the options. I was told I had to have a new tire but wasn’t shown the proof.
3) My spare tire was placed incorrectly
4) Overall I really expect more from Toyota as my car of choice and disappointed with this experience.
