The service was mostly OK, although the personnel tried to sell a lot of extra services, before even checking that most had already been done recently. Also the oil was overfilled.

I called to make an appointment to get the protections applied, and the phone person made an immediate appointment. I went out only to find no one was available to do the service. So I had to come back the next day.
The rides and service were great. However, your backend communications leave a lot to be desired.
Apparently there was no way for the phone appointment person to know what services were actually available, which defeats the point of phone scheduling. And everyone seems to know it! This is a fixable issue.

. He did not offer the best price for oil change as advertised on your website and charged 10% more
. Diagnostic on sienna. He did not have enough information on additional things to repair on sienna. It seemed like leaks were not really identified or the work scoped well to repair them. Did not give me the confidence on the issue.
Only good thing was - he did try to upsell anything.
