I had an appointment at 1pm and I dropped off my car around 12:30- 12:45. The advisor (1371) told me that they're going to call me when my car is done for the service. I've been waiting but I never receive a call, it's already 4:30pm and I haven't receive a call yet and then I decided to call the Piercey Toyota to ask if my car is already done. Very disappointed.

Thoroughly walked me through the diagnostic test for my RAV4 and didn’t charge me for it since there was no fault, no repairs. Only paid for the services I requested-an oil change. And the car parts were reset to original conditions.

Key points: 2008 Highlander Sports with 290,000 miles needed major work. My VSP light came on yesterday while driving in to Milpitas. I knew it was spark plug since Tracy didn’t bother to look at it. After, 100% point inspection, technician recommended major items: A. Spark plug #4 ( Tracy Toyota never notified about the issue but knew it needed to be replaced ( brother is technician in SO-Cal) B. Rear breaks C. Leakage from front axel - ( front beaks were replaced by Tracy Toyota June 2020) D. Transmission Flush E. Break Lights- replaced ( don’t get aftermarket) Why Toyota Milpitas: previous 2 experience was great so instead of going to Tracy (1 miles away from my house or Dublin Toyota where I purchased my vehicle. I decided to go to Milpitas Toyota to see if they still offered 5 star services. My feedback 27 hours later: 1. Diana 5 star for taking a walk-in, putting up with my behaviour( very sorry), and accommodated with a Rental vehicle since I lived in Tracy. 2. Technician 5 star and 100% honesty for repairs needed above and below for my vehicle. 3. Alignment needed (add on) 4. Air/Cabin filter replaced (no tech charge) 5. Rear wiper replaced ( no tech charge) To summarise: Diana/Technicians repaired all the issues on my vehicle and kept it below $2800. I know many readers will say it was too much but I drove off with confident that it was done by certified technician so it was worth paying $2800. Many technician at other dealerships or local mechanic shops are not honest with repairs so be aware. Milpitas Toyota Management keep up the great job hiring exceptional individuals to work for your Services Department. Thank You, SC
