He was quick to find out the reason for my non-functioning lift gate was due to the automatic switch in the glove compartment was in the deactivated state; he was able to fix it right away even though it is a Lexus SUV and not a Toyota.
He was able to explain the burning smell from the car was nothing to with the car itself but a piece of plastic bag stuck on the front wheel and melted due to high heat.
Awesome job and great diagnostic and problem-solving instinct

I dropped my car off at 10:26 am yesterday TO CHANGE ONE TIRE. I called krish multiple times that day no answer. NOT ONE SERVICE PERSON REACHED OUT TO ME. I called them at 8:30 this morning no answer . Finally I got a call from him at 9:19 am . He told me he had to take off early and he was "surprised" no one reached out to me lol , also let me know that my car STILL WASNT DONE. I'm disappointed and will never go here to buy or get service again. The fact it takes 9 hours to change one tire is ****. This is causing me to be 3 hours late to work. TAKE YOUR CAR SERVICE TO ANOTHER Toyota. This place is trash.
I should of examined my car before I left cause I was missing 3 air valves for my tires. I went all the way back to get them smh. ILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE LOL.
