I have been told the service will take 2 and half hours. But after 2 and 45 minutes, no one. Call me. And I walk to service guy. He was chatting with other employees. I wait about couple minutes. And asked the service guy to check. And than, he found my car was ready, paper was on the desk. Service guy doesn’t work professionally! I always go Livermore Toyota. The services were great! By the way, I asked the guy find my records in the computer, the guy told me that he don’t work that way! That made me don’t feel good!

As I was leaving the service area, I always check my car / inspect before I leave the dealership. I saw a nail in the front passenger tire side. I immediately ask the valet person if anyone could take a look at it. His initial response was it’s almost time for closing and they might not be able to do it today. But one guy helped me bring the car inside the shop to take out the nail. I paid for tire rotation and 4 tires balancing. I’m not sure if the technician did what he was supposed to be doing because he didn’t catch it. I am doubtful if he performed that. I’m not satisfied. Did I paint for things that I didn’t get. Hope some would show me a proof that they did perform the whole tire inspection and balancing. It’s not the service advisor fault it’s on the technician side. I hope I will get an answer as soon as possible.

Francisco promised by car will be done by 4pm. I told him at 2:27pm that if the service cannot be done by 4pm, I can take the shuttle hone instead of waiting at the dealer but he keep on insisting the can can be done by 4pm. At 3:30pm, I check with Francisco if the service can be done by 4pm and he keeps on insisting the service will be done by 4pm. At 4pm, I step out and saw my car did not get service yet. Only after 4pm, the technician took the car in for service. In the future , I cannot trust Francisco anymore.

I have been doing my car service for last 8 years with piercey toyota. I felt very bad today with the service manager. Infront of me there was one person she applied two coupons and gave discount and charged 49.99 usd . The same service was i doing i asked her to apply coupons and she refused to apply and charged me 143 usd. I decided not to do any more services with Piercey toyota. I will pass this information to my friends so they will not face this situation. Thanks for the service. Goodbye.
