Horrible, I saw my car 30 mins after the 2hr mark. He was just chillin on his phone, I went up to him and asked “hey that’s my car it’s been there for awhile”, he said “ sorry I’ve been busy”… dude was on his phone chillin. If I never got up to ask for my car, who knows how long I would’ve stayed there. 1/5 stars, on top of that he tried to still get me to pay for added services, the hell with that.

Piercey Toyota didn’t honor the quote Price $69.95 for oil change/tire rotation/inspection that they gave me on the phone. After we complained to manager and manager’s manager, then they agreed the price for the services. It is a horrible place and I will not go there for any service again. I started telling my family and friends not to go to that place too. There are still many other oil change service stores want our business.
