I’ve been a loyal customer since I got my Sequioa 4 yrs ago, I usually pay $70+ for an oil change as I am offered the latest coupons to save. Today your service advisor charged me $100+ for an oil change, I was showing him coupons sent to me and he did not honor those. I asked if there are any other coupons and flatly just said prices increased. I have never met any “unaccommodating” service advisor ever and this would be the last time I would bring my vehicles there. Sorry. The previous advisors who attended to me were much more friendly and accommodating.

I had taken one dáy off (Tue 06/29/21) hoping for Piercey Toyota to address the issues of some play in both rear side windows. The front windows have less play, but d I exist. I've never experienced this from our Lexus RX & NX. The issue was not resolved. After getting a carwash, I opened the hood to dry excess water, and noticed that there was oil seapage/leak at the valve cover gasket or front case cover. I immediately made a 2nd appt (Thur 07/01/21) to address 1) leak and 2) AC not blowing cold air as before. I only use the ac sparingly on the warmest days, always mimdful of never to abuse the system. Both issues were not resolved. The tech had cleaned the oil residue from the engine and poured in a dye; and requested that I come back in 1-2 weeks for further inspection. This means that I will have to take one more day off work. Honestly, we are a Lexus (owned 4) and BMW (3) family, and this is my mother's 1st ever Toyota Limited Hybrid. We will stick with Lexus from now on. I just hope that the oil seapage/leak problem gets resolved during my next trip to Piercey. I am sure that Mike tried (I hope) to help me as much as he can. When my wife picked up the car at the end of the service, the driver bringing up other serviced vehicles honked at her and was very annoyed because she had to rearrange the interior of the car because the contents inside the car had been moved by the service personnel. The individual that is driving the cars around the law needs to drive the vehicles more slowly and be respectful of the customers who are paying a lot of money for service at a dealership and may have cheaper and more friendly options elsewhere

Sort of satisfied because I thought it was going to be easier for Toyota to try and get a result from looking at the logistics of the car and being able to get a solution to it right away rather than to wait for the next time I get an A/C malfunction.

My car has a leak and I was told that it wasn’t good that he had to get done so I agreed to it I was told that my total was gonna be a certain amount when I went to go pick up my car they told me that we couldn’t be worked on because it wasn’t approved but my total was still the total I got that included that work. I was super confused. I I inquired about it but apparently the deductible for that work was not included in the total that was originally given to me when I specifically remember it. I Appreciate my advisor because he didn’t make a notation of it in my paperwork however now I am nervous driving my car around knowing that it has a leak.
