Piercey Toyota Auto Repair Service

First of all, I had an appointment. I came and waited in my car for 10 mins. Nobody came and talked to me. I can see Service advisors from window glaring at me but didn’t do anything. I got frustrated and came out to talk to someone for my service. There is one lady came after me and went inside. Service advisor started helping her and ignored me completely. I shouted that I’m here first but he completely ignored. The other guy came in after that and he grabbed one service advisor who helped me eventually! Very unprofessional treatment and service advisor was just interested in selling packages with superficial descriptions.

After the service, one of the front side mesh windows screen is gone. I reported to service advisor but they couldn’t find it in service area. Could I buy a new one ~$20 and get reimbursement? Thanks

Today I am very disappointing with the service because they give me my car without doing full tire rotation they did driver side but they didn’t do the other side when I found out within two hours after I get back my car and I called to the service department and it takes a long time to reach someone nobody on the desk but finally talked with the guy after seven to call and the guy told me to bring it back I took it back and a show to the coordinator and he was surprised and he took a bag and they change but the guy he told me he did rotate but a bring it back and they do it again that’s a big lie because last service time I bought two brand meal and you guys put for me on the front no one touched my car nothing happened on the coming day which is today the service coordinator he told me he’s going to do it tire rotation and they didn’t do full rotation I don’t know why I am not lying for my vehicle secondly to wasting time back-and-forth and I don’t know if they change oil or if they did as a paper full inspection that’s really really we the customer trust you guys giving you key to you guys took the car at the back we don’t know what you guys doing when you bring it to front we just takeoff and hit the road so it’s really need to make sure before giving the key to the customer that’s it??
