I had dropped the car in for a regular service and fixing of a puncture in the front right tire. The tire puncture was not fully fixed and the sensor was showing low air when I picked the car up. An available advisor got the air checked again and fixed it, but after I drove back home the tire was flat again in the morning. The spare tire was also not checked for correct pressure during service.
I was not able to reach the advisor and did not get a call back even after repeated calls.
I ended up buying 4 new tires in Costco.

Service took 5 hours, very dissapointed. I was late to work 1 hour. on top of that representative overcharged me for my service compared to the job that was done.
I got the shuttle service but it was late 30 minutes causing me to be late. i expect better for what i pay for, i’ve been a loyal piercey toyota customer for a while now.
