I specifically asked to use the oil change coupon i had printed from the website and presented it before oil change as stated in the directions. I was told it could not be used. I was charged double the amount than anticipated. It was not stated in terms and conditions that the coupon was not applicable. I am highly dissatisfied with the false marketing. In addition, the service took a long time even with an appointment.
