The car is checked on arrival to determine if there is any damage. My side mirror was damaged. It was broken in the past and repaired. Upon driving off the lot I noticed it was damaged. Also wish my service advisor would have said that the car is completely on empty. 14 miles to be exact. I miss my old service agent. Things used to be perfect.
