Samuel was very helpful in getting my van processed for service. He showed me how many more 5K services I have in my prepaid maintenance. And when the van was finished he found me in the waiting area and went through all my service stats.

It took far too long. I asked about fixing the tire pressure monitor system to account for aftermarket tires that run at a higher pressure. I was told that it was being done and that's why it took and extra HOUR or more. However, the service advisor then came back and said the shop foreman had been wrong an it couldn't be done. Someone should have known that from the beginning. Even without that extra hour it would have been 90 minutes which seems far too long for such a simple service. Especially when I'm waiting and set up the appointment specifying that I'd be waiting.
