The service manager: Phil did very good job.He is very kind to the customer and explained the service detail in very professional way. However, the lady first encountered the custom when I first arrived, ( to arrange which car will be called for service manager), I believe that she needs to be retrained to learn how to talk to the customer. This is the second times that I dealed with her. When she learned that I did not have appointment, she just said that we are 100% booked on today's service schedule. The way she treated the customer like the customer without making appointment and just show up is very bad. I think she can explained a little bit nice. People get there can not get the service is feeling bad already, you don't need to make customer feel even worst, they may go somewhere or not even Want to come back anymore! Customer show up want the service at Piercy Toyota is because we trust your quality, I don't work there, how would I know that you are all booked for the day? I think may be she is too busy and everyday she is under big pressure that's the reason why, she looks not very friendly, it's only 8:10 am and she lost her patient already?! I don't know how can she last her day in this way? Anyway, this time I did called yesterday, so she let my car get into the service. And the job was done for not a very long waiting! At least that make me feel a little it better! Hopefully, I did not complaint too much!!! Your long time customer, MeiShel Hon
