When I made the appointment at Piercey I was told by a service rep that there is no charge to have the vehicle remote reprogrammed. I had my son drop off the vehicle at the dealer, but after the service, he was charged $160. I am completely disappointed & my family will not go back to Piercey for any service until this is resolved.
