As far as my vehicle goes the problem seems to be better. Only time will tell. I didn't drive it too much just home. My service adviser wasn't around when I came in to talk to him so because I was pressed for time I had someone page him and he still didn't show up so I had to have the service manager help me out because like I said I was pressed for time my wife had to go to work. Wasn't to much of an excuse to way or even much of a sorry for keeping you waiting so long. But at the end it was all taken care of. Let hope the problem is resolved.

Mike also offered me the Toyota Care Plus service and was able to take advantage of Toyota's deal. Most 'stealer'ships rip customers off with appalling % markups (they and their advisors know who they are).
Mike Tran will be taking care of my 2015 Prius from now on!
