They didn't finish the job . The tire was messed up the cap wasn't on air pressure valve . It's not just sign and pay , make sure the service you provide is completely done , I was really disappointed which I had to came back to the dealer and have them finish the job

I bought 4 tires and the tires that I got was hankook h426. This tires has a bad reviews. If I would have known I was buying this specific tires I would have back out. All I know is hankook brand that was the service advisor told me. You should not be selling a tires with a bad reviews. I am worried rainy season is coming and this tires are bad on wet weather. If I could return this and get the hankook h727 I would.
