Who ever answered the phone when I called said they were impacted from the holiday weekend and was unable to take a walk in for service today.
I still came in and thankfully I spoke to dexter Dominguez. He not only said I could be taken care of that day but also it would only take a few hours. Thanks first person who answered the phone!

Jason Martinez the service advisor was great and helpful. It is the lady who receives and greets (if you call that a greeting) customers at the service entrance line that makes the experience here turn bad right of the bat. And it is every single time I come here for service, you get an attitude from this lady. The last time, she didn't even let me finish my question. Turned her back and called a service advisor.
